Trust and respect
Can we assess trust and respect ?
The horse is a prey which dreads being attacked by its natural predators. Although our horses will not meet them, it is part of their natural behavior. And that’s why they’re claustrophobic. And it is because of this claustrophobia that difficulties can arise when boarding the van.
Being able to assess the trust and respect in the relationship with our horse is very important because it is better to know this before being faced with a difficulty.
Getting your horse into a van from the mudguard is not an objective "in itself". This is one way among many to situate the state of the relationship established with him. And it's through games that build the foundations of a strong relationship that you do.
